A Great Place to Live in South Charlotte

If you are looking for a well-maintained neighborhood in a sought-after school district, conveniently located next to great shopping and restaurants, you have arrived. Here in Country Club Estates you'll find a small community, ample lot size, and friendly people who care about their property. Our neighborhood is multi-generational with young families moving in next to long-time residents. We're the place everybody recognizes as they drive down Providence and see our lovely pond and fountain.

Whether you are an existing homeowner or a family looking for a great place to raise your kids, Country Club Estates has a lot to offer.

• No through traffic means quiet, safe streets

• Low annual HOA fees

• A strong sense of community

• Pride in home ownership

• Diverse, friendly neighbors

We are pleased to welcome you to our community website and updated communication channels. This site was created to make it easy for homeowners to find important neighborhood information, access governing documents, review architectural guidance, stay informed about community events, and contact the HOA when questions arise.

As we continue building out this resource, additional newsletters, documents, architectural standards, landscaping guidance, and homeowner resources will be added. Our goal is to keep communication clear, accessible, and helpful for all Country Club Estates residents. We welcome your ideas for improving this website.

Thank you for being part of what makes Country Club Estates such a special place to call home.
